Equipment:

PowerConnect 6224, 24 GbE Ports, Managed Switch
Solution:
Order 3 servers, install and configure Suse Linux.
Configure Apache and services to replace existing
system.
Burn system in for 24 hours to test for failures and
reliability.
Install servers into the colo.
Configure new network setup.
Copy the data from the old system.
Configure Coyote Load Balancer and setup servers and
redundancy priority.
Test system and monitor performance for 24 hours.

Case:
Client wants to replace his entire network infrastructure with new Servers and a central NAS solution. Client needs this done per a strict schedule spanning over 3 weeks to avoid downtime during Tax season and have the new equipment deployed in stages. Total servers replaced 5.
Solution:
Install 1 Windows 2003 Server.
Install 2 Windows 2003 Server & Exchange Server 2003 .
Attach LTO4 drive to DC1. Install Arcserve.
Install NAS to DC1.
Move Exchange mailboxes from MAIL to MAIL2.
Setup Blackberry Server on MAIL2 & move BB users from MAIL to MAIL2.
Remove all old equipment and mount all new equipment in rack.

Case:
Client has a traditional pbx system that they have outgrown and are in the need for a voip solution that remote users across the country could connect to and have a central phone system.
Equipment:
Trixbox CE appliance with 8 port digium TDM cards and Sip extensions. Polycom 650/Cisco 7960 and Linksys ata adapters for remote users.
Solution:
Installed the Trixbox appliance in San Antonio office. Configured and deployed the system to all the users. Installed the HUD IM client so all users remote and local could message one another, while having a view of who is on a call. Ported all the local and remote telco #’s to sip and created DID rules to go directly to each location. Created a que for inbound calls and setup the groups to receive calls.
