As GiaSpace’s HelpDesk Analyst and AI Programmer, Jake lives in two worlds. Mornings are pure helpdesk mode, crushing tickets one by one. Afternoons? That’s when he puts on his automation hat and asks the important question: “How can we make this less painful for everyone?”

From automating boring repetitive tasks to building smart scheduling systems, Jake’s code is the silent MVP making everyone’s job easier.

Jake started at GiaSpace just five months ago as a part-time afterhours support tech. He took calls when the rest of us were binge-watching Netflix, handling late-night IT emergencies like a champ.

But Jake didn’t just answer tickets. While working those evening shifts (still pulling double duty at Geek Squad), he dove deep into GiaSpace’s systems and started building automations using PowerShell. His fresh CS degree plus genuine curiosity = some seriously impressive solutions.
