From Smoke Stacks to Streamlined Systems
Before joining GiaSpace, Dustin was knee-deep in environmental air testing, literally. Armed with a chemistry degree and a passion for precision, he tested emission points (yes, smoke stacks!) for pollutants, ensuring facilities stayed within their permit guidelines. This role gave him a front-row seat to a variety of manufacturing and industrial processes and laid the groundwork for his analytical approach to operations today.
Wearing All the Hats
As GiaSpace’s Operations and Project Manager, Dustin is the Swiss Army knife of the team. From invoices to helpdesk tickets, he’s involved in nearly every aspect of the business. His superpower? Turning chaos into clarity. Dustin leads the charge on larger client projects starting with kickoff meetings, crafting proposals, securing approvals, and executing plans with precision and teamwork.
One Year In: Evolving and Expanding
Dustin just celebrated his one-year anniversary at GiaSpace (congrats!). What started as a role supporting Rob has evolved into a central position touching nearly every operational workflow. He’s been instrumental in cleaning up processes and reworking systems to make the business run smoother.
Living the FAST FRIENDLY FIRST TIME FIX Mission
Dustin’s commitment to GiaSpace’s mission shows up in his work every day. He’s been developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to help techs systematically diagnose and resolve issues. His goal? Make every fix the first fix and make it friendly and fast.

Looking Ahead: Growth Mode Activated
Year two is all about growth. Dustin is excited to expand his role and help the team become even more efficient. With GiaSpace’s agile approach already proving its value (shoutout to the MDS Builders audit), he sees big opportunities ahead for the company to support more clients and scale smartly.
Beyond the Desk: Frisbee, Family, and Braveheart

- Admiration: His wife—an inspiring multitasker balancing motherhood, physical therapy, and family leadership
